Our client is looking for an Affiliate Manager to join the team. You will work closely with the Head of Acquisition, as well as other members of the Marketing team, and other areas of the business.
You will work with multiple clients, teams and stakeholders across the business to ensure consistent and effective affiliate strategies are agreed and implemented.
This position is ideally suited to an experienced Affiliate Manager with international marketing experience preferably in the gaming industry.
You will be responsible for:
Creating and nurturing key sports and casino affiliate relationships both with existing and new partners to generate growth.
Finding new Affiliates and Partners that can drive incremental volumes of profitable users, including content affiliates, sports experts, social media affiliates…
Handling the negotiation of commercial deals with affiliates.
Delivering campaigns to our Affiliates to meet the requirements of a given deal.
Ensuring the affiliate programme meets all regulatory requirements.
Report to the Head of Acquisition regarding affiliate budget and operational cost control to achieve ROI requirements for the business.
Other Responsibilities Include:
Monitor the competitive landscape to constantly identify new opportunities.
Work closely with the creative team to help test new banners.
Ensure creative assets are scheduled and provided to Affiliates.
Scheduling within the ad-server interface.
Pulling reports through the affiliate software system to help guide resolution.
Represent the brand at affiliate conferences or personal meetings with Affiliate and Partners.
Desired skills and experience:
Excellent written and verbal skills.
Knowledge in web design.
Understanding of tracking technologies and troubleshooting.
Technical and hands-on knowledge of affiliate platforms and technologies.
Media buying expertise.
Expert in Affiliate Marketing. 5 years’ experience in various affiliate roles. Hands-on experience is a must.
Significant experience of digital marketing within the gaming industry.
Team management experience.
An eye for detail, being analytical for reporting purposes to enhance the affiliate programme.
Commercially astute demonstrating strong negotiation skills.
Hands-on experience in Programmatic Advertising would be considered as an advantage.
Knowledge of European language/s would be a plus.
