Director of Affiliates


As a Director of Affiliates, your mission is to lead the client’s affiliation strategy and pave the way for further company growth and success. You will report to the Commercial Director, but also partner with the CEO, C-levels, and key stakeholders in the business to develop strategic affiliate initiatives, nurture key relationships and drive the business to new levels. Their affiliate department plays a crucial role in the organization, so your achievements will have a big impact on the company results.

As a Director of Affiliates, you have business acumen, thriving networks and experience working with cross-functional teams. You also have a proven track record of success in a renowned company, with a strong focus in casino & sportsbook and you are familiar with emerging as well as regulated markets.

In this role, you will lead and mentor a team of talented specialists spread across their HQ in Malta as well as their Barcelona office. You will outline effective affiliate acquisition strategies as well as nurture existing affiliates to deliver incremental revenues.

You forte lie in negotiating bespoke commercial deals and strategically evaluating and reporting results of the overall operations regularly and systematically for the affiliation department. Your role is key in identifying and evaluating KPIs and providing concrete recommendations both in terms of investment and creative opportunities.
