HR Change Management Partner

Europe (Remote)

The Change Management Partner for our client is responsible for overseeing the HR System, handling employee relations, assisting with assessing staffing needs, assisting the HR Director with rolling out policies and processes with the Global HR team across all locations, and ensuring the wellbeing and morale of the staff to ensure a healthy working environment across all jurisdictions.

What is expected from you:

• Working with the team to develop and implement human resource policies to ensure the wellbeing of the staff and the company

• Working collaboratively with the HRD to support strategic objectives and specific projects

• Ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations across all jurisdictions. Keeping accurate and up to date records in accordance with GDPR regulations.

• Leading the HR team in creating a staff wellness program

• Assisting HRD in introducing and implementing a performance management system across the organisation

• Leading the team in rolling out an employee benefit program, measuring effectiveness and recommending improvements

• Oversight of the Payroll process across all payroll providers to assess the way forward and to ensure accuracy and that all is in in line with local legislation

• Working with the TAM team to develop an assessment centre

• Working with the TAM to coordinate training and development initiatives

• Lead and develop the staff within the HR team, setting clear goals and assessing development needs and growth opportunities


Desired skills & experience:


• 7+ years of experience in a similar post

• Exceptional command of verbal and written English

• Experience in using BambooHR and Asana would be an asset but not essential

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft applications (PowerPoints and Excel)

• Familiar with Atlassian in particular Confluence

• Able to speak Bulgarian or Portuguese would be an asset but not essential
