Job Summary:

The HR Director is responsible for developing and implementing human resources strategies and programs in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization. This includes, but is not limited to, recruitment and staffing, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compensation and benefits. 

Key Responsibilities: 

● Develop and implement HR strategies and programs that align with the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization 

● Develops and implements departmental budget. 

● Lead the recruitment and staffing efforts for all employees 

● Manage employee relations, including performance management and disciplinary actions 

● Develop and deliver training and development programs for all employees 

● Oversee the administration of succession, compensation and benefits programs 

● Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements 

● Act as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues 

● Represent the organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations 

● Ensure full compliance with company policies and procedures 

● Oversee the payroll function 

● Run the office and facilities management functions 


● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field 

● Minimum of 7 years of experience in human resources management 

● Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations 

● Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills 

● Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels of the organization 

● Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
