Responsibilities:

Full ownership of Payment solutions
Ensure that each market has a contingency plan in place with backup solutions
Optimise acceptance rates and pricing
Liaise with the wider team to ensure the client's Payment Product is top of the line
Research the market and advise on market entries from a payments point of view
Market entry preparation and execution from payments point of view
Organize market launches with the wider team
Communicate with support department on ongoing issues, and help them with customer queries regarding payments
