People Specialist / HR Executive

Job description

  • Design and implementation of a compelling employee experience journey

  • Coordinating recruitment efforts.

  • Onboarding and integration of new team members.

  • Promoting and show casing the company culture

  • Leading the performance management cycle

  • Preparing of payroll and administration of internal Indigo portal.

  • Gathering of data through, exit interviews, employee surveys & other channels

  • Monitoring market salary trends and updating existing salary bands

  • Implementing leadership developed programs.

  • Managing employee relations and undertaking internal investigations.

  • Communication of HR related matters company wide.

  • Gathering and updating of job description

  • Monitoring and reporting on HR related metrics.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree OR Diploma in human resources or a related field

  • 3-5 years’ experience in human resources

  • Understanding people is key

  • Excellent organization skills

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Able to work autonomously without close supervision

  • Knowledge of Maltese Employment law
