Recruitment Consultant

At iTalent PLUS, we are seeking to employ a Recruitment Consultant who will be responsible to source, shortlist and place candidates mostly with companies operating in the iGaming industry globally.

Main responsibilities include:

• Sourcing, shortlisting and interviewing prospective candidates 

• Presenting suitable candidates to Hiring Managers

• Managing the hiring process from A-to-Z

• Negotiating salary packages with candidates as well as with clients

• Building and maintaining relationships with candidates as well as with clients

Who are you?

• Fluent in English

• Have already worked with a Recruitment agency, ideally specializing in iGaming jobs

• Eager to grow your network and a desire to succeed

• Having strong people skills

• Looking for a Part time or Full time position
