Senior Affiliate Manager - Sport

Our client is a rapidly expanding and licensed iGaming Company with multiple brands in over a dozen markets. They are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Affiliate Manager with a focus on sports betting to join their team in Malta.


Your main role will be to define, implement and manage our affiliate strategy in each market, using best practices, data insights and collaboration with your colleagues. You will initially manage all affiliate marketing relationships, ensure affiliates are driving incremental sales, monitoring for unusual activity and building strong relationships with top affiliate partners.


Responsibilities


  • Develop sports betting affiliate marketing strategy to scale up new revenue sources

  • Manage a portfolio of high-value affiliate accounts with the objective of expanding the number of new depositing customers

  • Monitor and analyze affiliate performance based on standard KPIs such as conversion rate, player value and ROI

  • Identify and cultivate top performers and develop incentive programs to reward key partners

  • Create monthly promotions and communications to affiliate marketers

  • Collaborate with the internal teams to continuously improve landing pages and overall marketing and merchandising campaigns through the affiliate network

  • Develop affiliate recruitment and affiliate program marketing campaigns

  • Implement strategies to increase the quality and yield of affiliate partners

Requirements


  • Experience in affiliate management within iGaming (Sports)

  • An established affiliate network in the iGaming industry

  • Experienced in regulated markets

  • Well connected within Canada a big plus

  • Experience as both an operator and as an affiliate a plus

  • Strong negotiation, analytical and implementation skills

  • High comfort with data analysis and using data to make informed decisions

  • Knowledge of affiliate and direct marketing best practices

  • Strong analytics and Excel skills

  • Professional communication skills for phone, emails and chats with affiliates

  • Great communicator

  • Methodical, numbers-driven and well organized

  • Open and responsive problem-solving skills

  • Be proactive and motivate others when necessary

  • Fluent in English. Knowledge in other languages is considered a big advantage

  • Positive and enthusiastic can-do approach

  • A team player can work independently but likes to work with a team
