Senior BI Analyst

Our client is looking for a Senior BI Analyst who will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and supporting the whole business with insights, tools, and reports within our fast-growing organisation.
In this role, you will be focused on utilizing BI tools and databases to provide valuable insights on business performance and business needs to the business.
The role will entail building and maintaining dashboards, reports, and tools to support the business. This opportunity will allow a successful candidate to help shape the business practices and provide key inputs to the commercial team and allow them to make effective business decisions.
A successful candidate will be motivated to improve the commercial business and have a mindset of driving improvements and accelerating others around themselves.
· Oversee month-end closing of accounts and identify issues
· Develop and maintain reports, dashboards and data structures within the BI system
· Liaise with key stakeholder in the business for appropriate business support
· Determine and verify internal systems and process operational data
· Deep dive into data and identify and investigate trends
· Administer all business units, analyse financial risks and recommend effective solutions
· Reviewing business performance and reporting findings to stakeholders
· Assist with the budget and forecast process
· Assist with the preparation and evaluation of business cases
· Analyse business processes and develop cost saving controls
· Develop business processes, evaluations, analytical reports, and tools in order to achieve more efficient and effective work processes
· Ad-hoc reporting for Management
WHO ARE YOU?
· A minimum of 2 years experience in analytics or data science related fields within iGaming.
· Experience with forecasting and prediction models, player segmentation, and quantitative analysis.
· Understanding of Tableau or similar BI tool.
· Understanding of SQL databases and data structures.
· Experience with MySQL or similar SQL language
· Programming experience is a big plus (any language)
· Industry experience
· Strong ability to analyse needs of the business and communicate these needs to stakeholders and development teams.
· Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
· Ability to multi-task and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong written and oral communication skills in addition to a skill for presenting sorting, segmenting, and communicating figures visually. Fluency in written and spoken English.
· Initiative to work independently, but also able to work effectively with team members in different locations.
· Flexibility and adaptability to business requirements and priority changes.
· Excellent organizational skills
