Meet the Team
Liana
Founder
In March 2022, Liana took the helm as the founder of iTalent PLUS, marking the culmination of her almost 5 years journey as the Head of Human Resources at Play’n GO. Liana's foray into the iGaming sector dates back to 2009, when she commenced her career with Betclic Everest Group. Over the years, she ascended through the ranks, contributing her expertise as the Human Resources Manager at the premier mobile game provider, Exient, before ultimately joining Play’n GO.
Driven by her passion for recruitment and connecting people together, Liana recognized a specific market need that begged to be addressed, this motivated her to establish iTalent PLUS. Beyond her professional endeavors, Liana is the wife of Pierre, who is also part of the Managment of iTalent PLUS.
She also devotes her precious time to the role of a mum to her children Luke and Julia. During her free time, Liana tries her best to create memories with her family especially introducing the kids to new cultures by travelling, and cherishing quality time with her family.
Pierre
Director
Pierre joined iTalent PLUS in February 2023 as Director, bringing with him nearly six years of valuable experience from his previous role at the prominent online slot provider, Booming Games. During his tenure there, he served as the Head of Sales & Account Management.
A distinguished MBA graduate, Pierre's professional journey commenced in the field of Banking. However, after three years, he transitioned to the dynamic iGaming industry. His diverse experience includes notable stints with Betsson Group, Interwetten, and Bally Technologies. Beyond his corporate responsibilities, Pierre contributes to the industry by providing online casino training through the iGaming Academy. He is also the esteemed author of the virtual Online Casino Management course.
In his personal life, Pierre is married to Liana and takes pride in being a father to two children. During his leisure time, he enjoys quality moments with his family, nurtures his passion for football, and seizes every opportunity to travel.
Vincienne
Talent Account Manager
Vincienne, is an HR professional, that has been working in HR for over 8 years, her passion lies in adding value and recognising the importance of the candidate experience within the recruitment sphere.
From coaching or preparing the candidate for an interview to giving advice on how to pick the best talent to clients, Vincienne is a well rounded professional with a diploma in HR and a degree from university that can assist with any recruitment needs.
When she is not working, you will find Vincienne enjoying time in nature, doing pottery or meditating for that perfect balance.Vacation time is best spent traveling and discovering new cultures whilst devouring food from different culinary corners of the world.

With a wealth of experience spanning over a decade in the dynamic field of recruitment, Claire brings a nuanced and seasoned touch to the intricate processes of sourcing, hiring, and nurturing top-tier talent across diverse industries. In her previous role as a Talent Account Manager at Videoslots, a prominent iGaming operator, Claire demonstrated her expertise in navigating the competitive landscape. Armed with a diploma in recruitment practice.
In her current role as a Talent Account Manager at iTalent PLUS, Claire engages with industry leaders, immersing herself in their distinct talent requirements and crafting tailor-made solutions. Her professional journey flourishes in high-energy, fast-paced environments, where her adaptability, finely honed skills, and creative acumen seamlessly converge to surmount challenges and propel towards the achievement of ambitious goals.Beyond her professional pursuits, Claire is known for her genuine love of animals, particularly dogs.
